Sign Up Agreement
Magikid Robotics Lab is a place where everyone can enjoy and explore new technology through project-based sessions and events. Some of our services require signing up on our website and creating an account.
By clicking on ‘sign up’ on this website and creating an account with us, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not click on ‘sign up’ and do not access or otherwise use our services.

Sessions can be purchased in packages, and they must be used within a given time. The prices for these may vary from time to time and will be presented both on the website and in the lab.
Please note that upon completion of any allotted sessions, more would have to be purchased in order to continue sessions at the studio.
Scheduling sessions at Magikid Robotics Lab is very simple and can be done anywhere, and on your own time. Scheduling can be done on our website at www.magikidroboticslab.com.
After you login to your account, you will be able to see the lab availability and schedule appointments. You do not need to wait for confirmation, the appointment is scheduled in real time. Once you have scheduled an appointment, an email will be sent to you confirming the appointment details. You can also see your scheduled sessions in “future appointments” in your account. Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

The terms in this payment agreement govern both purchases made online or in the lab.
We only accept credit or debit cards in our lab or through an online payment service on our website. Payment must be made in advance for all sessions and events.
The price list for goods, other services, and/or seasonal events will always be posted in each lab homepage.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We plan our schedules 24 hours in advance to make sure our staff can give every member the best experience possible. Cancellations without 24 hours notice prevent other members from being able to schedule times within those slots. We encourage all members to give at least 24 hours notice if they are unable to attend their scheduled sessions.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your session.
If you have signed up with us and have a session booked that you don’t show up for and fail to notify us, then it will count as used time and you will not be able to reschedule.
Members can cancel and/or reschedule appointments online.
Members can get a full refund if they cancel the membership before any sessions have been taken. If any hours have already been used, refunds are available for all unused hours within the expiration period, but they will be at a prorated rate, and there will be a $50 fee for this service.
Magikid Robotics Lab will credit back the credit or debit card that was used for the payment within 30 days. Unfortunately no cash or account transferring options are available.
Memberships are non-transferable. Hours cannot be split between multiple people or siblings. Each member must have their own package.
We respect our customers’ time, and we kindly ask you to do the same. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to begin, as any tardiness will influence subsequent sessions. We also ask that parents picking their children up arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the end of their session.
Members are eligible for Magikid Robotics Lab complimentary certificates upon completion of their sessions. These certificates can be provided both as a hard copy and as a PDF. The certificate will state the completed projects and the skills the member has achieved through the sessions.
